Plane crash-lands on highway, shutting traffic down for hours
STOREY COUNTY, Nev. (Gray News) - A plane’s crash-landing onto a Nevada highway blocked traffic for hours as crews worked to clear the scene.The Nevada Department of Transportation reported the crash around 8 a.m. on Interstate 80 westbound near USA Parkway in Storey County, east of Reno. All westbound lanes were closed for about two and a half hours. Officials said that no major injuries were reported.The cause of the crash was not known at the time of publication.
